Pastor Jerry Theckston from Jesus Christ Salt and Light church in Seattle and one of the organizers of National Prayer Breakfast in Washington DC Visiting Israel. During his visit in the Knesset he met with Deputy speaker of the Knesset, M.K Hamad Amar.
They spoke about future cooperation, Hamad’s visit to the 2014 National Prayer Breakfast event in Washington DC and the importance of friendship between the Christian political leaders and the Israeli ones.

Dr. Eli Nacht, Director of the IEL in the Knesset participated in 10th South East Europe Gathering in Kosovo. Dr. Nacht was the only representative from Israel. Israel and Kosovo don’t have an official diplomatic relationship and that’s why an Israeli presence at that type of event was highly important for building political and economic relations between the two countries.
During the event Dr. Nacht met with Mr.Skender Hyseni Former minister of foreign affairs of Kosovo, Member of Congressman Robert Aderholt, Dr. Mounzer Fatfat, Senior adviser to US department of state and many more governmental officials from the Balkan region.
IEL’s CEO Eli Nacht participated in the European Prayer Breakfast. Among many meetings that took place, there were meetings with M.P’s of the European Parliaments such as Tunne Kelam and Alojz Peterle. Friends from Bulgaria: M.P and former minister Lilyana Pavlova and former vice minister Svetlana Boyanova.

Conference of Repentance – Milan
Dr. Eli Nacht, Director of IEL in the Knesset speaking at a Conference in Milan, which was discussing the rise of antisemitism in Europe.
“Recently the rise in antisemitic attacks is associated with the Muslim Antisemitism towards Jews as a result of the Israeli- Arab and Israeli- Palestinian conflicts, so called – Anti-Zionism.
What seems to be Political criticism is actually denial of the Jewish people’s right to self-determination and de-legitimization of Israel as a state; Their cricitism fuels their cause and is a call for the destruction of Israel and the Jewish people.

The Israel Empowerment Lobby organized a meeting with Israeli ambassador in Poland, Mr. Zvi Rav-Ner and Director General of the Knesset, Mr. Ronen Plot
The purpose of the meeting is to connect with and show appreciation for all the blessed work the Christian pastors all over Poland have been doing for the sake of Israel. Nearly 30 pastors participated in the meeting.
The CEO of the IEL escorted 24 Russian pastors and heads of Evangelical churches from all over Russia. During their visit in he Knesset they had the opportunity to meet with Minister of Welfare, M.K Meir Cohen, M.K Rina Frenkel, M.K Jamal Zahalka, Deputy Speaker of the Knesset M.K Hamad Amar and an official meeting with Director General of the Knesset was held where he expressed his gratitude for their work and their help to the State of Israel.
During the meetings they discussed a few projects that are about to be lunched in the near future.
Dr. Eli Nacht at his Visit in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Eli Nacht met with big supporter of Israel M.P Joel Voordewind from Christian Union Party in Holland. M.P Voordewind spoke about the changes in Syria and the fear of the local Christian population there from Islamic radical organizations taking over and the implication of this on Israel.
Escorting friends from South Africa and USA, who are managing a christian Aid Fund to help Israelis. During our visit Dr. Eli Nacht arrange a meeting with M.K Shimon Solomon, where they were discussing their wish is to help Israel in general and their next project – To rehabilitate the bomb shelters in Jerusalem.
